Are you currently insured with Jaaah and want to change something? Some features have been disabled in the app to avoid losing these changes in 2024. Below is a list of actions and what you need to do to carry them out:
- Add a person to your policy - contact our Service Centre for this
- Report birth - contact our Service Centre to do this
- Cancel insurance - this can be done via our cancellation form
- Change insurance - you can make changes before 2024 yourself via
MijnONVZ - Change insurance for 18-year-olds - please contact our Service Center to do so
- Change payment term - you can change your payment term for 2024 yourself via MijnONVZ

Would you like to take out insurance with Jaaah in the year 2023 (e.g. because you have turned 18)? If so, please contact our Service Centre.

Your health care card for 2023 can be found in the Jaaah app. It is valid until 31 December 2023. You can already find your healthcare pass for 2024 in MijnONVZ and the ONVZ app. Did you have a physical healthcare pass with Jaaah? If so, we'll make sure you get a new health-care card from ONVZ in January 2024. You don't have to do anything yourself for this.
