Welcome to ONVZ
Your collective health-care plan with ONVZ is now available for you and your employees. That’s great, as it gives you and them access to first-class coverage and services that will help them stay fit and healthy and on the job for the long term. On this page you can find everything you need to get the most out of our partnership. Are you ready? Then let’s get started.
Inform your employees
Make use of our promotional material to inform your employees about our partnership. This will allow them to use all the benefits of your collective health-care plan.
Get started right away

Employees who wish to take out a health-care plan as part of your collective plan with ONVZ can apply for this themselves. If they currently have health insurance elsewhere, they’ll be able to switch to your collective plan with ONVZ on 1 January next year. The ONVZ Zakelijk portal contains a link to your collective health-care plan, which your employees can use to register easily.
But you can also do so on our public website by clicking ‘Calculate your premium’. Employees will then be able to enter your collective plan themselves.

Registering new employees
If new employees are joining you, they’ll be able to switch to your collective health-care plan with ONVZ within one month if they’re collectively insured with their current health insurer. They’ll be able to use the application link on the ONVZ Zakelijk portal. You can share this link with them. If they don’t register within one month, they won’t be able to switch until 1 January next year.Cancelling the insurance of leavers
Employees who leave the company will no longer be able to use your collective health-care plan. Send an email to polisteam@onvz.nl within one month, stating their customer number and the leaving date. Their policy will then be converted into a policy without a collective discount.If their new employer also has a collective health-care plan, they’ll be able to switch within one month. If they don’t, they’ll be able to switch to a different health insurer on 1 January next year.

If you have employees from outside the Netherlands who are entitled to a Dutch basic health-care plan by law, they’ll be able to make use of your collective plan with ONVZ.
If your employee lives in the Netherlands, but is not (yet) eligible for a Dutch basic health-care plan, we can offer a suitable solution with Health Basic and Health Premium.

Werkfit: free additional coverage for your employees
Employees with a basic health-care plan in combination with a supplementary health-care plan with ONVZ also get Werkfit free of charge. This means additional coverage for physiotherapy, a personal health check, prevention programmes, and psychological health care.
The best health-care providers in our Health Network
Where can you find the best health care and preventive health care services for your employees? Our health network consists of health-care providers with whom we’ve made arrangements about quality, services and rates, so that you no longer have to do this. Contact your accountmanager to discuss your needs and options.
Fysiochecknu app for when symptoms first appear
Employees who start getting pain in their neck, back or shoulders can make use of the Fysiochecknu physiotherapy check app to prevent the complaints from getting worse. The app is in Dutch, easy to use and is free for employees with ONVZ’s basic health-care plan.
Getting started with the Mirro self-help modules
Employees with Werkfit can make use of the Mirro online self-help programmes free of charge. Examples are help for anxiety and panic attacks, work stress, chronic ailments, informal care matters, or sleeping problems.
