Become mentally fit

When you are balanced, you enjoy your work more and feel better about yourself. Are you insured with ONVZ through a collective plan offered by your employer? Do you have Werkfit? If so, you can use Mirro's mental self-help programs for free. Mirro's online modules can be a stepping stone to start working on minor mental complaints yourself. You don't have to have psychological complaints to use Mirro. Maybe you just want some tips on how to sleep better or learn how to give and implement feedback.

Get started with Mirro

There are many things affecting our mental health: regular exercise and movement, a healthy diet, a social life and a stable -financial- situation. Setbacks are also part of life, and it is not always necessary to immediately call in professional help.

Mirro's self-help modules not only help relieve psychological complaints, but also help you prevent them. The modules focus on specific and diverse themes, such as worrying, stress, excessive smartphone use, informal care, self-image and dealing with a chronic illness or menopause.

Even without psychological complaints

Even if you have no psychological complaints, Mirro may be of use to you. For example, choose the module ‘successful change’ to learn how to take control to ensure that change really sticks. And that 'change' can be anything, such as quitting smoking or starting to exercise.

Whichever theme you choose, each module provides a lot of information. Watch videos and read about the experiences of others. Receive tips, exercises and inspiration that provide practical tools to deal with various situations.
