Extra attention for mental health
The corona crisis and working from home puts extra pressure on the mental health of your employees. With our insight into data and extra health-care, we help you prevent, recognise and solve potential problems early.
Free extra coverage with Werkfit
We add the free extra module Werkfit to the policy of employees that take out supplementary insurance. This module includes extra cover for physiotherapy and mental and preventive health-care. This gives your employees extra coverage for important care.
Those employees will get, per year:
• Three extra physiotherapy treatments
• €250 for mental health-care
• €100 for a preventive medical examination
• A preventive course in mental fitness or self-management
Fast access to specialised care via our health network
Through our health network, your employees have access to a wide range of specialised care, from prevention and self-care to specialised treatments. With this network we help you reduce absenteeism and facilitate faster reintegration. Our ZorgConsulent are happy to assist you with finding the best care.
Less waiting with Snelzorg (Fastcare)
Because we believe that care can always be improved and offered faster, we started Snelzorg. We have made arrangements with many independent treatment centres to give your employees fast access to quality health-care. And by fast we mean fast. We offer your employees a consult with a specialist within 5 business days.
Annatommie MC (orthopedic care) and Eye Scan (ophthalmology) are the first partners we contracted under Snelzorg. In 2021 we continue to find more partners to be able to offer your employees the fast care option for a wide range of medical treatments. Because of the current ‘downscaling of regular medical care’ in the Netherlands as a consequence of COVID-19, contracting new partners for Snelzorg could delay. We will keep you informed about any new partners as soon as we can.
