Is Running therapy for you?
Running therapy can be used when you suffer from stress, depression, burnout, anxiety & panic attacks, lethargy, insomnia or obesity. It brings you peace of mind, better sleep, less gloom and anxiety. You are more active in life and feel better.
Experience with running is not necessary. You will learn to run regularly at your own pace. Even if you do not easily get around on your own.
Would you like to use running therapy?
You can choose a certified running therapist who is a member of the BRTN (Beroepsvereniging RunningTherapie Nederland) in your area. Werkfit reimburses a maximum of €500.
