Claims

In most cases, the medical provider will send your bill directly to ONVZ. This means you do not have to pay the costs before they are claimed.

The medical provider will send invoices that are not directly processed by ONVZ to you. You can submit this invoice via your myUHCGlobal app or through the UnitedHealthcare Global Member Portal myuhcglobal.com. Claims will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your UnitedHealthcare Global policy. Please refer to your UnitedHealthcare Global Group Membership Guide.

  • If you need to update your phone number, bank account details, or your postal address, you can log into the UnitedHealthcare Global Member Portal myuhcglobal.com or through the app myUHCGlobal.

     

    If something changes in your personal situation, like your place of residence, please advise your Group Scheme Manager. You should do the same when something changes in your working situation, since your work situation impacts your health insurance plan.
