Fast payout of claims
You can submit your claims online on Mijn ONVZ or in the app. Once received, online claims will be processed within 5 working days. Any reimbursement will be transferred directly to your bank account.

Our expert team of ZorgConsulent advisers are ready to give you personal health-care advice. You can contact them for waiting list mediation or to arrange a second opinion. They can also help you if you’ve received a diagnosis or need advice and tips for your recovery.
If you’re insured under the ONVZ Vrije Keuze basic health-care plan, our ZorgConsulent advisers can help you access the benefits of ONVZ Snelzorg or informal carer support.
