Physical health check on location
Through our Werkfit partner TIGRA, you can have a health check-up carried out at a TIGRA location. This can be done throughout the Netherlands and there is always a location near you. Consider doing such a health check-up if you do a lot of sport.
What does a health check-up at TIGRA involve?
The health check-up is carried out by a trained Occupational Health Advisor. And consists of several measurements such as BMI, lung function, blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol and a physiotherapy examination. In addition, you will receive an individual counselling session.
Duration: 40-50 minutes.

Would you like to take advantage of the physical health check-up at TIGRA? Contact our ZorgConsulent advisors on telephone number 0800 022 14 50 (choose option 2) to request this health check. They will take care of registration with TIGRA. You will then receive the necessary information from TIGRA.
You will be reimbursed €100 from Werkfit. You then pay approximately € 50 yourself. Do you have a supplementary health-care plan with ONVZ Vrije Keuze (Startfit or higher)? If so, the health check will be reimbursed in full.
