With the Personal Health Check, you can quickly and easily find out how healthy and vital you really are and what you can do to improve that. The check consists of validated online questionnaires, measurements, and blood tests. You determine the content of your test. It gives a complete picture of your current lifestyle, blood pressure, cholesterol, work stress and much more. It can be done easily from the comfort of your own home.
How does the personal health check from &niped work?
- You create a personal health environment on a secure online platform that only you can access. From there you start the online questionnaire.
- You will receive our unique testkit at your home address. This makes it easy for you to perform the bloodtest and measurements whenever and wherever it suits you.
- Get started! You will be given useful tips to get started. On your own or with professional guidance. After the check, 64% of the participants are motivated to work on their health. 76% of them adjust their diet and 59% start moving more with tips from the check. You keep access to your personal health environment, so you can always go back to check the report or the tips.
