1. Select your Pon employer below and click on 'Calculate your premium'
2. Simply put together your package
   • Do you take out a basic health insurance? Then you will receive free additional cover via Werkfit.
   • Do you want Pon Zorgeloos? Then also add OntzorgPlus and Wereldfit to your package. Your discount will be calculated automatically.
3. Click on 'I want this insurance' and fill in your details
4. Send your request
   - Are you doing this before 1 January? Then we will automatically cancel your current health insurance for you.
