With the ONVZ app you can view your insurance information anytime, anywhere. You can also easily arrange your care matters yourself via your telephone or tablet.

The new ONVZ app gives you insight into your health insurance anytime, anywhere. View your expense claims and invoices, or submit a new expense claim quickly and easily. For your safety, a one-time activation is required. After that you always have access to the app with your own PIN code or your fingerprint.

With the updated version of the app you have more options than ever. So you can quickly and easily:

• declare an account
• view all your declarations and invoices in one overview
• view the status of the processing of your claims
• view the current state of your deductible
• view a reimbursement overview of your own insurance(s).
• view your insurance policies
• report changes
• to contact us

Are you the main insured? Then you can also make adjustments in the app. For example, change the amount of the voluntary excess, your contact details and the way in which you want to pay your premium.
